“This
was my first year participating in the Business Pathway to Success
event, and I truly enjoyed my discussions with the students.
It was very gratifying to answer their questions about the
banking industry as well as Management, and offer advice about
pursuing their careers.”
- Kathy Shelton, Vice President & Manager
Union Bank of California
“The
Business Pathway to Success is an excellent venue for students of
any discipline as it provides a forum for students to interact
with the area's business professionals and gather more knowledge
about possible careers.
Giving students the opportunity to hear about the many
different career paths that one business major may provide opens
up doors for them that may not have previously been considered.
The University continues to encourage and promote students
to become contributors to the business community and future
business leaders, and that is an important driver in strengthening
the Sacramento business markets.”
- CJ Obmann, Partner
Ernst & Young LLP
“Thank
you so much for providing such a great opportunity for students.
I really appreciated the encouragement from the working
professionals.
After attending the event, I’m so motivated to begin to
look into my future career opportunities through talking with
working professionals.”
- Marisela Muniz, International Business Major
Sac State College of Business Administration
