Summary
The
Alumni Association and the Business Alumni Chapter co-produced its third
Speed Networking event on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the Alumni
Center. We had a 20% increase in attendance over the last event. The event was open to both alumni and non-alumni and
featured one hour of one-on-one networking. Participants had an
opportunity to network with other professionals with the goal of
increasing their personal network for career advancement or business
expansion. The alumni association provided drinks and Bali Wine
Bar & Grill provided the appetizers. The event was free for first time participants, whether you're an alumni or
non-alumni. Participants returning to participate in a second
event are required to bring an associate. If repeat participants
are members of the
alumni association admission is free, but for non-member repeat participants admission is $20.
