Welcome to the Business
Chapter website!
We are the largest and most active chapter of the Sacramento
State Alumni Association with 700 members. We have
something for everyone: opportunities for
professionals interested in expanding their business network, mentoring
opportunities for professionals interested in giving back to
students, leadership opportunities through
involvement with our board and much more. All are welcome
to join the chapter, both alumni and non-alumni, it's a great
way to meet new professionals and get involved in the

Description:
All are welcome, alumni and non-alumni. The purpose of the event is to
help you expand your network for
career advancement or for expanding your business.
You'll meet 10 to 15 business professionals in about one hour.
Refreshments:
Appetizers provided by Bali Wine Bar & Grill, water is
provided by the association and no-host wine
bar
Admission:
Free for members and for first-time non-member
participants. Repeat non-member participant
admission is $20 or you can join the chapter (only $50
annually), click

Parking:
FREE. Alumni Association has parking permits at the
front desk.
Advertise
Your Business: If you would like more exposure for
your business, you may donate a gift certificate, product or company paraphernalia for the door prize
raffle. We'll introduce your company when we raffle
your gift to an event participant.

The
Business Chapter is seeking both mentors and mentees (students)!
Mentors may be either an alumni or non-alumni (a friend of the
university) to participate in the mentor
process. Our goal is to pair students with professionals that have
the work experience that would meet the students' interests. We want to
make sure that the matches are a good fit, so pairing a student to
mentor will depend on the pool of participants we have available at the
time of your application. If you do not receive a match immediately, we will keep your information in our database for
future matches..
