After
graduation, he pursued a career as an auditor for the Assurance
and Advisory Business Services practice at the Sacramento office
of Ernest & Young LLP. After a couple of years Kevin
transitioned to a career in the real estate industry. He is a
licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate. He
has offices in Lodi, Elk Grove and Roseville. He provides real estate
services for clients in the California counties of Sacramento,
Placer, San Joaquin, Yolo and Solano. He has the
CDPE
designation (Certified
Distressed Property Expert), CHS designation (Certified HAFA
Specialist) and focuses on helping people
understand alternative options to foreclosure, for example the
short sale of a property.
In
his spare time, he is very involved with the community
volunteering his time for organizations such as the Sac State
Business Alumni Chapter, Florin Japanese American Citizen's League
and the Sacramento Asian
Pacific Chamber of Commerce. Kevin also has a passion for
mentoring business students and is a guest speaker for Sac State
business student organizations every semester. When he's not
working or volunteering, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife
Connie, watching mixed martial arts competitions,
camping/fishing/crabbing and spending time with family and
friends.
