About the President

Kevin Nobuo Nakano graduated Magna Cum Laude in spring 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy.  While at Sacramento State, he was an officer for Beta Alpha Psi, an honor society and professional accounting fraternity.  After graduation, he pursued a career as an auditor for the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice at the Sacramento office of Ernest & Young LLP.  After a couple of years Kevin transitioned to a career in the mortgage and real estate industry.  He is a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate.  He provides real estate and property management services.

In his spare time, he is very involved with the community volunteering his time for organizations such as the Florin Japanese American Citizen's League (JACL), UC Santa Barbara Asian American Studies Alumni Association, Sigma Chi Omega Alumni Association and the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce.  Kevin also has a passion for mentoring business students and speaks every semester to business student organizations at college campuses through out California.  He also provides five to ten scholarships per a semester to members of those student organizations.  When he's not working or volunteering, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Connie, working out, plays, symphony, cooking, watching mixed martial arts competitions (UFC) and spending time family and friends.
